What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients
- Manage approximately 15-20 patients per day within a specialized clinic setting
- Participate in tumor board discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Conduct hematology outpatient procedures and assessments
- Support clinic call duties as needed, with on-call coverage limited to clinic call only
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Contribute to quality patient care in a satellite outpatient clinic setting
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- 2+ years experience in Hematology/Oncology outpatient care
- Proficiency in hematology and oncology procedures and assessments
- Ability to participate in tumor board meetings
Preferred:
- Experience with infusion therapies and complex outpatient procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
