Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry (Nights) - Claremont, NH

What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients across all age groups (newborn to geriatric)
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions
- Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols, including dress code (personal scrubs)
- Work independently in a rural healthcare setting with minimal supervision
- Support patient needs during both day and night shifts
What You Need:
- Valid NH Temporary Healthcare Service Agency License
- Active RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in Medical/Surgical units with cardiac monitoring
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to work scheduled holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) when needed
- Reside more than 50 miles from Claremont, NH
Preferred:
- Rural healthcare experience
