Description
A growing and financially stable healthcare system is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead its established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program at a Level Two trauma facility in DuBois, PA.
Practice Details:
Lead and expand an established cardiothoracic surgery program with full institutional support
Ideal candidate has post-fellowship experience with 5"7 years in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
Collaborate with medical staff to educate and advance current and emerging cardiothoracic procedures
2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs
3 Cardiac Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR
2 additional campuses within the system equipped with cath labs
24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
12-Bed CVICU
On-site Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit
Compensation & Benefits:
$975,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years
Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive
$50,000 sign-on bonus (forgiven over three years)

40 hours + $3,000 annual CME allowance
