What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients within the NICU setting
- Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Educate families and caregivers about infant needs and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Delegate and coordinate responsibilities with licensed and ancillary staff
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members
What You Need
- Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification (NRP preferred)
- 2+ years of NICU nursing experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
