- Flexible schedule: typically 3 days on, 4 days off the following week
- Call shared among 5 physicians; no in-house overnight requirement
- Covers PICU 24/7 plus Monday - Friday sedation services for pediatric patients
- Only accredited pediatric hospital in Central Wisconsin with over 40 subspecialties on site
- Residents and pediatric hospitalists in house 24/7 to support the team
