ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool | Columbus, OH

What You'll Do:
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients across various units, including neuro, surgical, medical ICU, cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
- Float between units based on staffing and patient acuity while maintaining high standards of care
- Administer and manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other ICU procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols for all patient treatments
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years ICU experience
- Skilled in ventilator management, telemetry, IV placement
- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
