What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced NICU setting
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate families and support them through care plans and discharge processes
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
What You Need
- Required: Louisiana RN license, BLS certification, 2+ years NICU or relevant RN experience
- Preferred: NRP Certification, additional neonatal care certifications
- Key Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
