Weekday Onsite Coverage: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Weekday Evening Call: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-7:00 AM
Weekend Call: Saturday 7:00 AM-Monday 7:00 AM
STEMI Call Is Aligned With Unassigned Call and Non-Invasive Cardiology Coverage
Provider Must Be Available for All Listed Coverage Dates

More Than 2 Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day
Potential Inpatient Rounding Responsibilities
STEMI Call Back Occurs Less Than Every Other Day on Average
On-Call Coverage Typically Involves More Phone Consultations Than In-Person Call Backs

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Inpatient Interventional Cardiology Coverage
Provide STEMI Call Coverage
Participate in Weekday and Weekend Call
Provide Inpatient Rounding as Needed
Respond to Emergency Interventional Cardiology Cases
Provide Phone Consultation During Call
Perform Required Interventional Cardiology Procedures

Board Certified - Required
Active Virginia Medical License - Required
BLS - Required
ACLS - Required
Clean Malpractice History - Required
Must Be Available November 21-November 27, 2026 - No Exceptions
Self-Query NPDB Report - Required at Time of Presentation
NPDB Report Must Be Dated Within 30 Days
Must Provide at Least 50 Interventional Case Logs From the Previous 12 Months
Case Log Availability Must Be Confirmed at Time of Name Clear
