What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient flow and assist providers during patient visits
- Perform clinical tasks such as immunizations, injections, and specimen collection
- Assist with laboratory procedures and basic diagnostic support
- Provide front desk functionality including check-in and communication support
- Support inventory management and supply stocking
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and smooth clinic operations
- Follow clinical protocols aligned with Minnesota Board of Nursing and Medical Practice scope of practice
What You Need:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care protocols
