• 12-hour shifts -- 8 am - 8 pm with occasional extension to 8:30 pm
• 40 - 45 patients per day, up to 56 ppd when busy
• All ages seen -- pediatric patients supported by onsite peds provider

• Suture and splint not required -- glue acceptable for wound care
