Our client in Michigan seeks an Occupational Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment starting Jan 4, 2027. This role involves working 8:00a-5:00p with no call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will embrace a medical director role, supervising advanced practice providers, driving process improvements, and managing a diverse caseload of occupational health services including physicals, injury follow-ups, and suturing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide medical directorship, including supervising advanced practice providers
• Review APP notes, focusing on diagnosis and OSHA reportable incidents
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support business growth
• Conduct regular meetings with APPs to foster collaboration and development
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and injury follow-ups
• Administer DOT physicals, PFTs, and audios
• Execute suturing procedures as necessary

• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine required
• EMR: Systoc
• No call schedule; MAs handle all calls
• Shift hours are 8:00a-5:00p
