Requirements:
• Active MI License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- If BE, within 3 years or residency
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & CSL

Benefits:
• Annual salary range: $235,000 – $265,000
