Description
Our client in Washington is seeking a dedicated Trauma Surgery Physician Assistant for a 90-day assignment starting Nov 9, 2026. This role involves flexible shifts, typically 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, where you will play a critical part in responding to traumas, admitting patients to the ICU, providing surgical assistance, and managing post-discharge clinics. We are looking for a proactive professional eager to contribute to a high-acuity trauma team.
Responsibilities and Duties - Respond to traumas, potentially as the first responder if a trauma surgeon is in the operating room.
- Admit patients to the intensive care unit.
- Provide surgical assistance and prepare for procedures.
- Manage post-discharge clinic for two days per week.
Additional Information - Board Certification in Surgery required
- EMR: Epic
- Flexible shifts, typically 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
