What You’ll Do
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to diverse patient populations
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and team members regarding patient conditions and diagnostic results
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or treatment responses
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans
- Adjust to unit needs, including floating to other areas as required
- Work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Adhere to hospital standards and policies, ensuring service excellence
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- Previous RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in crisis situations
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
