Compensation:
Hourly - $205/hr
Overtime - $280/hr

Schedule
Full-Time Coverage
Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - Four 10-Hour Shifts
Option 2: Five 8-Hour Shifts
Schedule Flexibility Available
No Call
No Weekends

Patient Population / Volume
Approximately 16-20 Patients Per Day
Patient Volume Dependent on 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shift
New Patients
Follow-Up Patients
Post-Hospital Discharge Patients
Endocrinology and Diabetes Patients

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Ambulatory Outpatient Endocrinology Care
Evaluate and Manage Endocrine and Metabolic Conditions
Provide Comprehensive Diabetes Management
Evaluate New and Established Patients
Provide Follow-Up Care
Manage Patients Following Hospital Discharge
Collaborate With Diabetes Education and Clinical Support Teams
Thyroid FNA Ability Is Highly Preferred but Not Required

Requirements
Board Certified - Required
Active Maine Medical License or Active IMLC LOQ - Highly Preferred
Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
Thyroid FNA Ability - Highly Preferred
Epic Experience - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required
Flu Vaccination - Required
