Registered Nurse – PCU Night Shift in Columbus, OH

- Experience: 1 year of nursing, telemetry monitoring experience preferred (first-time travelers considered)
- Additional Requirements: Ability to float within OSU, pass telemetry test, and monitor telemetry patients

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts
- Monitor telemetry patients, ensuring timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
- Follow hospital policies on float requirements and shift protocols
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
- Support patient advocacy and family communication efforts
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to pass telemetry testing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, telemetry experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Epic EMR experience
- Flexibility to float within OSU
