JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Certifications: ACLS
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient clinic services (8a-4:30p, Mon-Fri)
  
• Perform surgical procedures in OR (5 days per month)
  
• Manage general ENT cases including parathyroid and Cochlear Baha
  
• Provide patient care for all ages in clinic and outpatient surgery
  
• Collaborate with support staff (medical assistants, clinical support assistants)
