Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Neuro ICU for adult patients
- Monitor intracranial pressures, ventilator settings, telemetry data, and IV access
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Float between units as needed to ensure optimal staffing coverage
- Document patient care using Epic electronic health records
- Respond to emergent situations with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols at a leading facility in Columbus
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license or Compact license
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA only)
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including neuro critical care preferred
- Experience with telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring, and Epic system
- Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity
