What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care within the OB/GYN unit following established clinical protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including LPNs, PCTs, and support staff
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
- Assist in orientation and support of new staff members as necessary
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of recent OB/GYN or related nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities
