What You’ll Do
- Screen, evaluate, and develop rehab plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments; evaluate outcomes
- Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers
- Communicate regularly with the healthcare team regarding patient status
- Complete discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in care conferences, meetings, and training sessions
- Support supervising PT assistants, aides, and students
- Follow all regulatory standards and professional practice guidelines
What You Need
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
- Prior rehab experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of APTA guidelines and state practice acts
