What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Use nursing process and clinical judgment to evaluate patient progress
- Follow all safety, health, and legal standards and regulations in the ER
What You Need
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environment
