What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care activities accurately using electronic medical records
- Demonstrate leadership and resource management within the ER team
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines, ensuring patient and staff safety
What You Need:
- Required:
- Florida RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 2+ years of ER or critical care nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred:
- Additional clinical specialty certifications
- Experience working in fast-paced emergency environments
