What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Assess patient conditions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families on treatment and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols and safety standards
- Respond swiftly to patient needs and emergency situations
What You Need:
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in Florida
- 2+ years’ ER nursing experience
- Valid BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
