Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Sarasota, FL

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans using the nursing process
- Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in compliance with hospital protocols
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to prioritize patient needs
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Florida RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment
Preferred:
- Additional clinical specialty certifications
- Experience working in a high-volume emergency department
