What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients
- Deliver and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs
- Use technology appropriately, adhering to safety and infection prevention standards
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments
- Report incidents and follow hospital protocols
- Participate in performance improvement activities and team meetings
- Behave in accordance with hospital mission and ethics standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Prior Med Surg experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
