Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
No Weekends
No Call
Full-Time Availability Required
Ideal Coverage: Every Week of Each Month
Candidates Available 3 Weeks Per Month May Be Considered Under Limited Circumstances
Provider Must Be Open to a Year-Long Commitment

100% Adult Patients
100% Outpatient
Approximately 14 Patients Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide General Outpatient Neurology Care
Evaluate and Manage Adult Neurology Patients
Provide Follow-Up and Ongoing Neurological Care
Collaborate With Other Neurologists and Advanced Practice Providers
Botox Procedures Are Not Available for Locum Physicians

Requirements
Board Certified - Required
Board Eligible Candidates Will Not Be Accepted
Active Ohio Medical License - Required
IMLC or New License Candidates Will Not Be Accepted
BLS - Required
Clean Professional Background - Required, No Exceptions
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required
Full-Time Availability - Required
Must Be Available Monday-Friday During the Listed Schedule
Must Be Open to a Long-Term Commitment
