What You’ll Do
- Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
- Monitor and analyze patient respiratory status, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Administer various respiratory therapies, including ventilator support and aerosol medications
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and infection control standards
What You Need
Required:
- Louisiana State Respiratory Therapy License
- AHA BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or acute care facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
