JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Certified (Required)
- Licenses: Licensed in MI
- Certifications: BLS
- Fellowship: Required
- Experience: Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging
- Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner), PACS proficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive on-site breast imaging coverage, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.
- Perform and interpret image-guided procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations with precision.
- Utilize BI-RADS classification effectively and ensure strict adherence to MQSA standards in all interpretations and reports.
- Manage same-day diagnostic workups and communicate findings empathetically and clearly to patients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teams to deliver integrated patient care.
