Physical Therapist (PT) – Saluda, NC | SNF | 13-Week Contract
Reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Saluda, NC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care while supporting a friendly, positive, and professional clinical environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
