Weekday Day Coverage: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Weeknight Call: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-8:30 AM
Weekend Call: Friday-Monday, 4:30 PM-8:30 AM

Average Callback: Approximately 3 Hours

Adult Patients: Approximately 20%
Geriatric Patients: Approximately 80%
100% Inpatient
Approximately 5-10 Patients Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Inpatient Vascular Surgery Coverage
Provide Daily Vascular Surgery Coverage
Provide Weeknight and Weekend Call Coverage
Evaluate and Manage Adult and Geriatric Vascular Surgery Patients
Provide Standard Bread-and-Butter Vascular Surgery Care

Requirements
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery - Required
Active Virginia Medical License - Required
Vascular Surgery Fellowship - Required
Active DEA Registration - Required
Local Provider Required

Must Disclose Whether Provider Has Previously Worked Within the Health System
If Previously Worked Within the Health System, Include Facility, Last Date Worked, and Agency
Physician and Manager Interview Required Before Final Selection

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3-6 Months
