ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, Ohio

What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced critical care across diverse ICU settings, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts
- Float seamlessly between units based on patient acuity and staffing needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record (EPIC proficiency required)
What You Need
- State of Ohio RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Skills in telemetry, ventilator management, IV placement, and telemetry monitoring
