What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic, compassionate nursing care to post-anesthesia patients
- Monitor patient recovery and vital signs, ensuring safety and stability
- Assess patient conditions and develop, revise, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Delegate appropriate activities to care team members
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Support patient and family education regarding recovery and care instructions
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Minnesota or applicable state
- Prior experience in PACU or perioperative nursing preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
