What You’ll Do
- Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, injections, and immunizations within scope of practice
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits
- Take vital signs and assist with patient assessment
- Provide patient instructions and support pre- and post-treatment processes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support with patient communication, including phone calls and appointment preparations
- Collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain a professional, caring demeanor
What You Need
- Valid CMA, LVN, or LPN license
- Prior clinical or medical assisting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong teamwork and flexibility
