What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, assessing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Support patients emotionally and advocate for their rights and needs
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and safety regulations
- Continually update professional skills through ongoing learning
What You Need
Required:
- Valid New Hampshire RN license
- ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Pediatric or medical-surgical experience
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
