What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality patient care as part of a dedicated healthcare team
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments following physician instructions
- Assist in patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Support physicians during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Educate patients on health management and care plans
- Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Valid LVN/LPN license in New Hampshire
- Prior clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care
