What You’ll Do

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide patient-specific interventions
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Foster patient and family-centered care environment
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
