Mental Health Therapist – Milan, NM

- Licenses/Certifications: Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; Driver’s License; Social Security Card required for facility clearance
- Experience: Prior experience in mental health assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments of inmates based on records review and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in patient records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment delivery
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions tailored to inmate needs
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure integral mental health care delivery
What You Need:
- Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
- Driver’s license and social security card for facility clearance
- Experience in mental health assessment, counseling, and crisis management
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Open availability in accordance with facility scheduling policies
