What You’ll Do:
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Administer respiratory care procedures, including vent management and oxygen therapy
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license in MA
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred:
- Experience working night shifts in a hospital environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
