Description
Our client seeks a skilled Gastroenterologist for a 90-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Feb 1, 2027. This role entails daily shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, focusing on a comprehensive array of gastroenterological procedures including upper and lower GI endoscopies, biopsies, and polyp excisions.
Responsibilities and Duties - Perform Upper GI endoscopy
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy with foreign body removal
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
- Perform Upper GI endoscopy with injection of varices
- Conduct Small Bowel biopsy
- Perform Lower GI endoscopy
- Perform Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
- Perform Rigid Sigmoidoscopy
- Conduct Colonoscopy
- Conduct Colonoscopy with biopsy
- Conduct Colonoscopy with excision of polyp
