What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
- Monitor patient health status using advanced clinical skills and EPIC electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Support patient and family education and emotional needs
What You Need
Required:
- NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
- Recent ICU RN experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain professionalism under pressure
