Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency program.
Fellowship in spine is a plus but not required.
Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary hospital credentials.
DEA certification.
