Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Michigan, commencing Oct 5, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients, including managing chronic conditions such as Diabetes and Hypertension, covering walk-in appointments, and meticulously charting patient encounters during 8-5 shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties - See patients for a variety of primary care needs
- Perform accurate and timely charting of all patient interactions
- Provide essential bread and butter primary care services
- Cover walk-in appointments as needed
- Manage chronic, long-term conditions including Diabetes and Hypertension
Additional Information - Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
