Position Highlights

• Groundbreaking Opportunity - Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
• Diverse Case Mix - Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery (elective), oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary - Guaranteed W-2 base of $600,000, or higher 1099 options.
• Sign-On Bonus - $300,000 ($150,000 upon signing, $150,000 at start date).
• Call Pay - $2,000 per shift after required call minimum.
