What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adapting approaches to meet patient needs
- Utilize the Nursing Process for assessments, planning, and interventions
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient information accurately using Epic documentation
- Maintain safety, privacy, and compliance standards
- Serve as a leader, delegating tasks and managing team resources
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license for Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- NIH certification
- Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience
- Proficiency in Epic documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Certification in clinical specialty areas
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
