Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $59.18 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Manage Acute ICU patients with complex conditions including multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, and sepsis
- Provide ICU-level care, including ventilator management, telemetry monitoring, and IV starts
- Administer medications and treatments for critically ill patients, including COVID-positive cases
- Utilize EPIC electronic documentation efficiently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and respond promptly to patient status changes using advanced equipment like GE ventilators and NxStage CRRT
- Assist with special procedures such as externalized IV pumps and continuous glucose monitoring
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA certifications only)
- Skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
Preferred:
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Additional proficiency with specialized ICU equipment and procedures
