• Phone Consults: Inbox and message management included; RN support available for messages
• Case Mix: Acute established patients, regular established follow-ups, and hospital follow-ups; 30-minute visits
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: Epic
• Specialty Backup Available: Multiple physicians and APPs
in office
• Support Staff Available: Dedicated MA/LPN/RN; RN support with messages
