JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Texas Medical License
  
• Board: Board Certified
  
• DEA: Active Texas DEA
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years full-scope midwifery experience; Minimum 2 years recent first assist experience
  
• Other Qualifications: First assist experience must be within past 2 years
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full-scope midwifery care including intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting
  
• Perform first assist duties during deliveries
  
• Provide postpartum care and well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan
  
• Support patients throughout labor and delivery
  
• Collaborate with 24-hour in-house OB/GYN support and Level III NICU team
