What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care to med surg patients in a 20-34 bed unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and record observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices
- Support a team environment in a fast-paced hospital setting
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with hospital electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work during busy holiday periods and adapt to schedule needs
