What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patient populations in a stepdown unit
- Coordinate patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in patient and family teaching to support recovery and wellness
- Maintain documentation and charting using Epic EMR system
- Adhere to facility and professional standards for nursing practice
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including timely collection and documentation of medical compliance items
- Support unit operations during assigned shifts, including appropriate delegation and supervision of care
What You Need
Required:
- NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
- At least 1 year of recent experience in stepdown or comparable setting
- Current nursing license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills in adult and geriatric care
Preferred:
- Experience working in Epic EMR system
- Ability to work nights and handle block scheduling (note: block scheduling not accommodated)
