What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support families through bedside care and education
- Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in NC
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care or similar setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience with single-room NICU care models
- Pediatric subspecialty knowledge
